A Brighter Tomorrow Whole Health Center

Privacy Policy

This page explains what this website collects and what happens to it. It is short because the website collects very little.

The appointment request form

The form at the foot of every page asks for your name, your phone number, your email address and the best time to reach you. It also records which page you were reading when you asked, so we know what your call is about.

That information is sent in a single email to the clinic and is not stored on this website. There is no database here and no copy kept on our side. Once the email reaches the clinic, it is part of the clinic's own records.

The email is delivered by Resend, an email service that handles the message on its way to the clinic. It passes through their systems in transit.

Be aware of one thing: because we include the page you were reading, a request sent from a condition page will tell the clinic which condition you were reading about. That is there so the person calling you back already knows what your call is about. If you would rather they did not, send your request from the Contact page or simply call us.

The form deliberately does not ask for any medical information, and you should not type any into it. Anything about your health belongs in the phone call with the clinic, not in a web form.

Visitor numbers

We count page views using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and cannot identify you. That is why this site shows no cookie banner — it does not need one.

Things loaded from other companies

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, and the map on the Contact page is embedded from Google Maps. Loading either one tells Google your IP address, the same as visiting any site that uses them. There is no advertising and no tracking of any kind anywhere on this site.

This is not the clinic's HIPAA notice

This page covers the website only. The clinic's Notice of Privacy Practices, which covers your medical records and your rights as a patient, is a separate document — ask the front desk for it.

Questions, or want your details removed

Call (832) 410-4701 or email Info@WholeHealthHou.com and ask. Because the website keeps nothing, a removal request is about the email the clinic received, which the clinic can delete from its own mailbox.

We are a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance — but we can give you a superbill to submit to your own insurance company yourself.

Please do not include medical details here — we will go through everything on the phone. What we do with your details.
